ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition, as at present there is no threat of dispossession to the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner be given the liberty to approach this Court again in case the petitioner is to be dispossessed.
After hearing the counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
