ORDER:-
The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are not considering the representations made by them and not preventing unauthorized constructions which have been made in the land covered by Sy.Nos.268 and 269, which is classified as Appalaiah Cheruvu Sikham, situated at Rayalapur Village, Medchal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
A perusal of the writ petition shows that the petitioner has made four representations on 22-01-2011, 08-02-2011, 10-02-2011 and 21-02-2011. As the representations have been made very recently, adequate time has to be given to the official respondents to pass appropriate orders.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to decide the aforementioned representations in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
