Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as an alternative remedy is available to the petitioner, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a representation before the District Collector.
In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the District Collector.
