ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedies available to him before the competent Civil Court.
Permission is accorded. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedies before the competent Civil Court, if the law so permits. No order as to costs.
