The learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents are at ad idem that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No. 5338 of 2010, dated 02.07.2010.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the same terms as in Writ Petition No. 5338 of 2010, dated 02.07.2010, and, as a sequel to the same, the first respondent is directed to entertain the document presented by the petitioner in respect of the subject land and process the same for registration in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
