ORDER:
The short relief sought by the petitioners is that their applications for mutating the land, measuring an extent of Acs.24.31 gts., comprised in Survey Nos.9 and 9/1, Alijapur Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District is not being considered by the 2nd respondent – Deputy Collector & Tahsildar, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the application filed by the petitioners be ordered to be decided expeditiously.
3. After hearing the counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent – Deputy Collector & Tahisldar, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, that the applications dated 20-09-2010 and 10-01-2011 be decided in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
