ORDER:
The petitioners have averred that they are residing in Sy.No.386 of M.R. Nagaram village, Parvatipuram Mandal, Vizianagaram district, for several decades and in the said land they have constructed houses, cattle sheds and thrashing floor etc.
The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are trying to evict them without issuing any prior notice and following due procedure under law.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land except in due course of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
