ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is, however, made clear that in case the petitioner has any subsisting cause of action, it shall be open to him to pursue the remedies. There shall be no order as to costs.
