The petitioner is a dealer for the fair price shop of Suguru village, Hindupur Mandal, Anantapur District. His

authorisation is cancelled by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Penukonda, on certain allegations, by order dated 26.03.2003 and the same is confirmed by the appellate authority/Joint Collector. As against the same, he approached the revisional authority/District Collector, Anantapur on 10.02.2009 by filing a revision petition. Pending revision, he approached this Court questioning the validity of the cancellation of his authorisation as confirmed by the appellate authority.

At the stage of admission, by order dated 16.03.2009, this Court suspended the impugned orders by recording a finding that the explanation offered by the petitioner was not considered. The said order continued all-along.

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned Asst. Government Pleader for the respondents that the revision petition filed by the petitioner against the order of the Joint Collector dated 06.12.2008 is pending consideration before the 1^st respondent-District Collector.

In view of the pendency of the revision petition before the District Collector, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 1^st respondent-District Collector, who is the revisional authority, to pass appropriate orders on the revision petition filed by the petitioner against the

order of the Joint Collector dated 06.12.2008 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. The interim order of this Court dated 16.03.2009 shall continue to operate till such time. No costs.
