When these matters are called for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for petitioners, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the 1^st respondent and also the learned counsel for the 2^nd respondent-Society that the subject-matter of these writ petitions is covered to be allowed, in view of the common order earlier passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.7162 and 8227 of 2006, dated 03-3-2011.

2. In view of the aforesaid representation and having regard to the common order passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petitions, these writ petitions are allowed, setting aside the proceedings dated 19-12-2005 issued in Rc.No.35170/2005/H-1 and the consequential

letters issued by the 2^nd respondent as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Accordingly, these writ petitions are allowed. No
