The Court made the following: ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more in the nature of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with the order as made in O.P.No.2 of 2006, on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Bodhan, dated 03.06.2010, and quash the same by holding it as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to law.”
Sri V.Ramachander Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned counsel representing respondent No.1 submitted that the sole petitioner died on 12.02.2011.
As the cause of action does not survive with the death of the sole petitioner, the writ petition abated and the same is accordingly dismissed.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, the interim order, dated 16.06.2010, granted by this Court, which was extended from time to time, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.17047 of 2010 is disposed of as infructuous.
