This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for the issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in employing the petitioner as temporary sub-staff by issuing memos from time to time and transferring the petitioner from one branch to other branch on monthly basis without regularizing the services of the petitioner as sub-staff as illegal, arbitrary, and against Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and against the settlement dated 9-1-1995 and consequently to direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner’s service with all attendant benefits and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. When the matter is listed today under the caption “for withdrawal”, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
3. Permission accorded.
4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
