ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated 20-7-2010 in I.A.No.20/2010 in R.C.M.A.No.5/2010 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam.
At the hearing, Ms.A.Varalakshmi, representing Sri D.Ramalinga Swami, learned counsel for the petitioners, stated that the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication.
The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
