The Court made the following: ORDER:
This revision arises out of the order dated 02.11.2009 in I.A.No.510 of 2009 in O.S.No.5 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam.
At the hearing, Sri S.S.Bhatt, learned counsel representing Sri K.S. Gopala Krishnan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the matter has been settled out of Court. He, therefore, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the revision.
The request of the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted.
The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the C.R.P., interim order dated 16.02.2010 is vacated and C.R.P.M.P.No.83 of 2010 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
