ORDER:
Petitioners-accused approached this Court with a prayer to quash the proceedings initiated against them in Crime No. 172 of 2011 on the file of the Station House Officer, Dwaraka Tirumala Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 447 read with 34 I.P.C.
Heard.
The offence alleged is under Section 447 I.P.C., for which the imprisonment is only three months. Considering the same, the Investigating Officer is directed to complete the investigation of the case without making arrest of the petitioners and file final report either way.
The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
