THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12494 of 2011
ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No.103 of 2011 of Bhimavaram Rural Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 448, 324, 506 & 34 IPC.
2. Heard.
3. It is a case and a counter case. The present case in Crime No.103 of 2011 was lodged against the petitioners by the de facto complainant and the petitioners lodged a complaint in Crime No.102 of 2011 for the same offences against the de facto complainant and his son.
4. Considering the fact that the cases are lodged against each other due to some disputes between the two families, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation of the case and file final report either way without arresting the petitioners.
5. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
