THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12444 of 2010
ORDER:
When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, seeks permission of this Court for withdrawing the criminal petition and further submits that in view of the same he also filed a letter dated 14.10.2011 before the registry.
Permission as sought for is accorded.
The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
