Complaining the disobedience of the orders of this court by the respondent – Depot Manager, APSRTC, Uppal Depot, Hyderabad in W.P.No.22367/2006 dated 27.4.2010 in reinstating the petitioner into service, who worked as conductor in the Corporation, the present contempt case is filed.
Both the counsel submitted that challenging the order of the learned single Judge, the Corporation filed appeal and the Division Bench has granted interim stay.
In view of the above representation, the contempt case is closed. No costs.
