The batch of writ petitions have been filed by the Kurnool District Co operative Central Bank Limited, Kurnool seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus to declare the order of the 2^nd respondent dated 19.12.2002 as confirmed by the 1^st respondent dated 24.5.2003 as illegal and set aside the same.

All these matters pertain to the provisions of Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.

Smt.Lakshmi Rajyam, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner-Kurnool District Co Operative Central Bank Limited, Kurnool submits that the cause in all the writ petitions has become infructuous and therefore, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw all the writ petitions.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, all the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
