ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 23.12.2010, in W.P.No.32399 of 2010.
Today, this Court has dismissed the said writ petition as withdrawn.
At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that with the parties coming to an out of Court settlement regarding management of water in tanks, the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication.
Having regard to the above submission, the contempt case is closed.
