THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1214 of 2010
ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the directions issued by this Court in order, dated 07.08.2009 passed in WPMP.No.21273 of 2009 in Writ Petition No.16211 of 2009.
When the matter is called today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings appearing for the respondents that the order passed by this Court has already been complied.
Though there is some delay on the part of the respondents, as much it is reported that the impugned order is complied, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to proceed further.
The Contempt Case is accordingly closed.
