ORDER :
This writ petition is filed by Sri E.V.Bhagiratha Rao, in the year 2001. Unfortunately, the learned counsel died during the pendency of the writ petition, as such, the name of his junior colleague is printed. When the matter is taken up, it is represented that the party has taken away the bundle from the office of the learned counsel and there are no instructions. No other Advocate has filed vakalat on behalf of petitioner.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
