ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash judgment, dated 12.04.2002 in C.T.A.No.14 of 2002 passed by the Cooperative Tribunal, Hyderabad.
At the hearing, it is represented that the term of the petitioner as the President of respondent No.2 Cooperative Society has expired. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
The writ petition is accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of main petition as infructuous, interim order, dated 23.04.2002 is vacated and WPMP.No.9684 of 2002 is dismissed.
