This Court made the following: ORDER:-
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to implement proceedings, dated 21-32003, issued by respondent No.2 appointing the petitioner and others as Trustees to Sri Kodanda Ramaswamy Temple, Kavidipally village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
A perusal of the above mentioned proceedings shows that the petitioner, along with four others, was appointed as a Trustee of the said temple for two years. This Court on 18-4-2004 granted interim direction to respondent No.3 to administer oath of office and secrecy to the petitioner. Inasmuch as the period for which the petitioner was appointed as a Trustee had expired, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
