ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for issue of a Certiorari to declare the proceedings in RC.No.DB/AE2/2002, dt.05.08.2003 of the Executive Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Vijayawada, whereby the entrustment of the work of construction of two class rooms to Mandal Parishad Elementary School Building at Nawabpeta Village of Krishna District, to the petitioner was cancelled, as illegal and arbitrary, and for consequential directions.
At the hearing, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P. No.20915 of 2003, filed by the petitioner, is dismissed.
