This writ petition has been filed assailing the action of the respondents in continuing the Rowdy sheet bearing No.599 in respect of the petitioner.
2. Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents submits that the Rowdy sheet opened against the writ petitioner has been closed on 05.01.2008.
3. This factual aspect has not been contradicted by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner.
4. Such is the situation; nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
