ORDER:
This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the Official Liquidator to invite the claims from the creditors of the company in liquidation.
The Official Liquidator placed on record his report. As per the report, the Official Liquidator is moving an application seeking permission of the Court to invite claims from the creditors of the company in liquidation.
In view of the report of the Official Liquidator, this application does not survive and accordingly the same is hereby dismissed.
