Contempt Case No.1278 of 2009
ORDER:
This contempt case has been filed complaining disobedience of the interim order dated 9.2.2009 passed in W.P.M.P. No. 2660 of 2009 in Writ Petition No.2101 of 2009.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent has filed a vacate stay petition in W.V.M.P. No. 1153 of 2009 and the said petition came to be allowed on this day. In such a situation, this contempt case does not survive for adjudication.
Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. No costs.
