ORDER:
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring that the clauses of the scheme 3.1.3 to 3.1.5 are violative of Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently to declare that the petitioner need not pay any amount to the respondents to have the benefits of the scheme introduced for rehabilitation of Deep Sea Fishing Industry.
Learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that the subject matter of this writ petition is similar in all respects to that of W.P.No.32617 of 1997, disposed of on 20-09-2012 and that this writ petition also can be disposed of in terms of the said order.
Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, and after going through the writ affidavit and also the counter affidavit in this matter, this writ petition is also dismissed in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32617 of 1997 dated 20-09-2012.
