ORDER: (per the Hon’ble Sri Justice B.Prakash Rao)
Heard both sides.
The only grievance of the petitioner, who is the mother of the alleged detenue K.Akbar Ali, is that he has been illegally detained for no valid reason. Hence, the writ petition.
In the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents, which is sworn to by the S.I. of Police, Toopran Police Station, Medak District, it is stated that the alleged detenue has involved in two cases in Crime Nos.23 and 37 of 2010 under Section 379 IPC along with other accused. The alleged detenue was arrested on 25/02/2010 and he was produced before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gajwel, on the same day and accordingly, they were remanded to judicial custody.
In view of the same, nothing survives.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order
as to costs.
