This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “………to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring that the inaction on the part of respondent No.1-appellate authority in not taking up the stay petition in the appeal filed by the petitioner directed against the order of removal dated 25-10-2010 passed by respondent No.2District Collector, Nalgonda, as arbitrary and opposed to rule of law and consequently direct respondent No.1-appellate authority to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner while continuing the petitioner in the office of Sarpanch, Gram Panchayath, P.A. Pally, Nalgonda District…”
Sri Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior Counsel, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to his client to avail appropriate remedy.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
