ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 6-9-2010 in W.P.No.21288/2010 and W.P.M.P.No.27084/2010.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed before this Court order dated 1-12-2010 of the contemner (respondent No.3 in the Writ Petition) dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner.
With the disposal of the said appeal, order dated 6-9-2010 passed by this court in the above noted case, stands complied with. The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy if she feels aggrieved by the said order.
