ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
“…..to issue a writ, order or a direction, one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the high handed action of the respondents more particularly respondent No.3 and his subordinates in interfering with the petitioners’ agricultural activities in respect of their land in Sy.No.287/A, 295/C, 296/A, 297/A, 238A, 239A, 283A, 290A, 291A, totally admeasuring Ac.27-09 guntas, situate at Ainapur village, Cheryal Mandal, Jangaon Taluq, Warangal District without following the due process of law as illegal and arbitrary….”
At the hearing Sri M.Govind Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that by order dated 21-12-2010 in WVMP Nos.5567/2010, 5659/2010 and 6091/2010 made in this Writ Petition, this court had vacated the interim order granted earlier in favour of the writ petitioners by recording detailed reasons. Having regard to these findings, his clients may pursue their remedies before appropriate fora and that in such an event the above mentioned order of this court may come in their way.
Having regard to this apprehension, it is made clear that the reasons contained in the above mentioned order dated 21-12-2010 will not come in the way of the writ petitioners to avail any other remedy available to them in law.
Subject to the above observation, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
