This writ petition is filed to declare that the provisions
of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978 do not apply to the business pursued by the petitioner and in substance for a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the business of the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. P.Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, states that the petitioner does not wish to pursue this writ petition.
As the petitioner herein does not wish to pursue the writ petition, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The interim orders shall stand dissolved. No order as to costs.
