The learned counsel for the petitioner herein in the writ petition filed i public interest and the learned Government Pleader for Industries an Commerce conjointly state that the writ petition has to be allowed in term of the judgment of this Court dated 10.08.2009 in W.P.No.9753 of 2009 a the auction notification dated 20-02-2009 for grant of quarry lease fo excavation of sand, impugned in this writ petition was issued withou obtaining ground water clearance from the Director of Ground Wate Department as required under the provisions of Rule 9-B (6) of the A.P
Minor Mineral Concession Rules,1966.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is allowed as prayed for. N
order as to costs.
