The petitioner, an Officer Junior Management (OJM-I), in the respondents-bank, has filed the present writ petition seeking Mandamus declaring that the enquiry conducted by the respondents, in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him, is not in accordance with law.
When the matter is taken up today, it is submitted by the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents-bank that enquiry is concluded and the enquiry officer has also submitted his report during the pendency of the writ petition.
As much as it is stated that enquiry is completed and a report is also submitted, no relief, as sought, can be granted.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of keeping open to the petitioner to raise objections, before the respondents, on the findings of the enquiry officer, whenever enquiry report is furnished and second showcause notice is issued to him, before passing final orders. No order as to costs.
