ORDER:
In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that even after selections are made for the post of Rozgar Sevak, the respondents are not giving the appointment order to her.
Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj has produced a copy of the order, dated 29.03.2010, by which, the Programme Officer, National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, Andhra Pradesh, Amrabad Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, appointed the petitioner as Rozgar Sevak, and the same is placed on record. He stated that pursuant to the said order of appointment, the petitioner has joined service.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has already been appointed as Rozgar Sevak vide order, dated 29.03.2010, no further directions need be issued.
The writ petition is accordingly, closed. No order as to costs.
