This matter has been coming up for hearing since 05.03.2010. On the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner on 05.03.2010, the matter was adjourned to next week. On 12.03.2010, on the request of the learned counsel for the respondents, the matter was again adjourned to next week and directed to be posted under the caption “For Orders”. The matter was again listed on 26.03.2010 and as none appeared, it was
directed to be posted to next week under the caption “For dismissal”. Accordingly, the matter has been listed to today under the caption “For dismissal”. Today also, there is no appearance by the counsel for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf.
Sri Rupendra Mahendra, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 is, however, present.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for default. No costs. The interim order passed in W.P.M.P.No.33576 of 2001 dated 28.12.2001 shall stand annulled.
