Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or writ one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in L.No. 1025/Q/2009 dt. 02-12-2009 refusing to issue way bills for transportation of sand in Reach No. 9, V.R.B. from 33.000 to 37.000 kms ramp point at 34/200 to 34/400 kms near Siddantham Village, Penugonda Mandal, West Godavari District as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, unconstitutional, violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to principles of Natural Justice.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein, and the orders of High Court dated 05-12-2009, and 17-12-2009 made
herein and upon hearing the arguments of SMT N. SHOBA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Govt. Pleader for Mines & Geology on behalf of respondents, the Court made the following

“Interim direction granted earlier is extended by four (4) weeks.”
