Since the pleadings in the Writ Petition are not specific as to the factum of renewal of TFT license beyond 30th September, 1995, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with permission to file a fresh Writ Petition, if he was granted renewal of license beyond 30th September, 1995.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
