ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
This Court has passed an interim order dated 17.01.2001 in W.P.M.P.No.33740 of 2000, and the same was made absolute on 09.04.2002 in W.V.M.P.No.812 of 2002.
Pursuant to the interim order, considering the date of birth of the petitioner as mentioned in the service register on 15.04.1978, the respondent authorities have permitted him to retire from service on 15.04.2003. Therefore, the interim order passed by this Court on 17.01.2001 in W.P.M.P.No.33740 of 2000, which was made absolute on 09.04.2002 in W.V.M.P.No.812 of 2002 is treated as final order.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
