ORAL ORDER:
The learned counsel appearing on either side fairly conceded that the issue that arises for consideration in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in W.A.No.2107 of 2004 and batch dated 5.4.2005 and therefore, this writ petition is also liable to be disposed of in terms of the said judgment.
In view of the same, this writ petition is allowed in terms of the
judgment rendered in W.A.No.2107 of 2004 and batch dated 5.4.2005. However, it is made clear that it is open to the Respondent-Medical Council of India to initiate an appropriate enquiry into the conduct of the petitioner in accordance with law and take appropriate decision depending upon such enquiry report. There shall be no order as to costs.
