Learned counsel on either side fairly conceded that the issue that arises for consideration in this writ petition is squarely covered by order, dated 28.09.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23363 of 2010 and therefore, this writ petition may also be disposed of in terms of the said order.

Hence, following the order, dated 28.09.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23363 of 2010, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 5^th respondent-Tahasilar to send his report/recommendations in the matter directly to the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, as envisaged in G.O.Ms.No.181, dated 28.5.1998 as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.

While communicating this order, the Registry shall annex a copy of the order in W.P.No.23363 of 2010 dated 28.09.2010.
