ORDER
In the writ petition the question that arises for consideration is whether the petitioner-workman is entitled to continue up to the age of 60 years in the respondent-organization.
In the counter-affidavit filed by the respondent-organization, it is stated that the petitioner is not continuing as on the date when the interim order was passed.
Therefore, the question of initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent-organization does not arise. Contempt Case is devoid of merits and is liable to be closed.
Accordingly, contempt case is closed.
