Sri Ch.Ganga Kumar, Advocate, representing Sri K.R.Prabhakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners represents that the cause in the writ petitions does not survive for adjudication since the respondents enhanced the scale of the petitioners on par with Cadre-V of the DCCB Employees. Therefore, all the writ petitions have become infructuous.
The Writ Petitions are, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
