This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondent in withholding the document presented by the petitioner for registration.
When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after this writ petition is filed, the document in question has been registered and released to the petitioner.
Hence, no further enquiry is necessary and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
