ORDER :
The petitioner herein preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent-District Panchayat Officer aggrieved by the building permission granted by the 2nd respondent in favour of the 4th respondent herein. Having entertained the appeal, the 1st respondent initially by order dated 14.09.2009 stayed all further proceedings, pursuant to the building permission dated 27.02.2008. Subsequently by order dated 07.04.2010 the interim stay was vacated. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed.
Having heard the learned counsel for both parties and keeping in view the nature of the impugned order which was passed in the month of April, 2010, I do not find any justifiable ground to interfere with the same at this stage. Instead I deem it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal pending on his file following due process of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
