O R D E R:
Sri V. Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has since been promoted as an Assistant Executive Engineer in the service of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams and that in case, any further grievance of his is subsisting, liberty may be granted to him to agitate about the same. The learned counsel would further submit that no further orders are to be passed in this Writ Petition.
Recording the submission made by the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed. It is needless to mention that for any subsisting grievance of the petitioner, he is entitled to seek appropriate remedy. No costs.
The interim order dated 28.06.1999 granted by this Court shall stand vacated.
