The only grievance ventilated by the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the representation made by him on 22-06-2009 to the Registrar General—1st respondent for consideration of his case for promotion to the post of Senior Civil Judge has not been disposed of. Learned Standing counsel for the respondents produced an order ROC No.1273/2010 B.SPL., dated 22-02-2010 of the 2nd respondent wherein it was categorically stated that the representation of the writ petitioner has already been disposed of. A copy of the same is placed on record.
In view of the same, no further cause survives in the writ petition and it is accordingly dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the 2nd respondent, disposing of the representation, he can avail the remedies available to him under law. No costs.
