Petition under Section 438 of Crl. P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the S.H.O. Gandhinagar Police Station, Hyderabad to release the petitioner/A13 on Bail, in the

event of his arrest in connection with Crime No. 38 of 2009 and thereby pass all necessary orders in the interest of justice.

In the event of his arrest, the petitionerA-13 shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad. After release, the petitioner is directed to report before the said Inspector of Police, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, on every Sunday between 10.00 AM to 11.00 AM, until further orders. The petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the police as and when required. He shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer. He shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
